A Good Old Fashioned Who Done It

I listen to a lot of detective novels so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't know the ending...until the end!!

enjoyed a new author . plan to purchase another title. good job O'Mahoney. Irish story telling at its best

Exciting drama

The voices are easy to listen too and the story is easy to follow.
Recording length for me is just long enough.

Couldn’t stay with it

Not sure if it was the story or narrator, but usually am hooked by this author by chapter 2. I couldn’t concentrate or stay with it. Will try for the next book!!

Great Read

I am truly enjoying reading the books by this author. I enjoy the legal aspect of it, the character development, the narratives… It’s just really great reading, and I recommend it to anybody who enjoys a good legal fiction.

Story had a lot of twists

The fact that the author kept the character of mystery until the end. It was very engaging.

Great read

I love how Peter uses intellect to construct his plots. Much appreciation that he chooses not to use profanity. The twists and turns in his series keeps the reader guessing until the end! Keep writing and I a millions of others will keep reading.

So far, smells overly woke inspired

Just one-hour in and after pre-ordering with anticipation for a “tough” new male character, the story is sprinkled with heavy doses of today’s version of tough women who think femininity is weak and apparently just slap men silly (already 2 different women have slapped 2 different men, and did so forceful as a man). And of course, like every TV show and commercial since 2020, we learn that the lead character had a interacial relationship (contrived yawn). I was hoping the author could withstand all of the woke edits that the junior editors fresh out of woke universities are making to all otherwise good novels nowadays … novels that some of us faithfully use to escape from all of the woke madness and virtual signaling that plagues all other media. Disappointing thus far but I will update my review if there is a meaningful positive change.

Storyline

The book was good. The reader was good. It moved slow but finally picked up towards the middle.
