not abbreviated very well

the story was chopped up in its abbreviation. very sloppy. key elements were cut out losing the story line.
Also the story has breaks in the storyline but the narrator didn't make those breaks clear, nor the chaptor breaks. it made the story hard to follow.

Nice to rediscover this series after decades.

I feel like too much was left out in the abridged version. I usually avoid abridged versions. Should have known better.

Abridged!!!

Don’t buy if you want the entire book. Don’t buy if you’ve read the book! Buy only if you want a poor sampling of cliff notes! How is anyone supposed to understand Pegasus in Space, which is unabridged, if the first two books in the series are abridged?

book has been edited

it's truly disappointing to have purchased this book. it has been butchered by the edit of content. I'm not talking bad language or something that could be forgiven. No, they have simply cut out vast amounts of the actual content. I own the books for this series, and I regret buying this version.
