Love the story and and narrator is my favorite

The mapmakers is amazing. Tamzin Merchant is my favorite author and narrator. I really love Cordelia and her adventures. I feel so sad that the series had ended. I fell deeply in love with the hatmakers series. I love it so much. I just wish that cordelia's journey can continue. it makes my heart break when that series is over, even though it was only two books. Books are my life and tamzin's books are my inspiration. I love your books so much Tamzin. you are my inspiration to love books about having fearless adventures and fun characters to explore. you have been my huge influence in believing in magic.

A mystery with our favorite magic makers

I love how we got to glimpse deeper into the world of magic makers. The added mystery of the secret mapmakers made for a thrilling adventure. We (my 11 yo son and I) loved the come back of old characters and new, especially some with redemption and some with justice served. All things wrapped up nicely and would hope for another installment but either way we thoroughly enjoyed this ride with all the makers!

I Can’t Get Enough!!

I love this series. Creative, well written, funny, and thoroughly entertaining! Plus, I love that the author narrates it and kills it! I truly loved everything about both books. Bonus: it’s perfect for all ages. Do yourself a favor and listen to these!

It didn’t hold my attention

While The Hatmakers was whimsical and enchanting, The Mapmakers felt slower and more muddled. The expanded plot leaned heavily on political intrigue, which pulled away from the magical creativity I loved in book one. I still appreciated some of the imaginative touches, but overall it didn’t hold my attention, and I found myself relieved when it was over
