I wish there were more books on Audible by this author. The characters are so intriguing and the voice actors are incredible!

Bad a** book

This is a great series so far. I wish it was longer. Some parts will make you blush. Great readers also.

So Much & Pleased

I can’t believe the hills and valleys of the plot, keeping me on the edge of my seat (and not just for the intimate moments, which are *chef’s kiss*). A great cliffhanger too; onto Book 3 immediately!!

Still Perfect!

I am very much a pessimist. This trilogy started out so strong I thought for sure at some point it would fizzle out. Color me WRONG. I adore this trilogy. It’s quickly become an all-time favorite. And if she adds her other work to audible I Really hope she uses these 2 narrators again. They make the best team.

the plot

a true polymorphic group

The plot here is well written and paced, although you need to read the books in order because they aren't standalone. The story continues to share more of the group's past and reveal the ties that bind them together while they fight evil and ambiguous enemies.
The foursome has one woman, one OMG alpha, a bi jokester, and a softer gay male. All the males have been a military group for years and are bonded like brothers, and the jokester and softer one have been mongamous for about 5 years, too. this means the sex scenes can include 2-4 people and MM sex as they all love each other in many ways, which I find refreshing. The alpha is something of a Dom, but without the bondage and tools; he's just a bit of a bully but with consent.

I’m absolutely loving this series! This book gave me everything I wanted after book 1 and made me so excited for the next one! And these narrators! Omg I enjoy them so damn much. All the accents are done so well, it really helps me get into the story

Oof these cliffhangers!!

Maxine Mitchell and John Lane seriously are rocking these books. I can not imagine any of these characters without them! Even though C. Rochelle is absolutely unaliving me with these cliffies and the angst, I am LOVING this story so much!

Great book to listen too

Loved everything about this. Hate that book three isn't on audible yet. great characters, loves the style of narration. Adult scenes are written very well.
