Lauren, Teddy and Jacob knock this out of the park

I'm always excited about a new Lauren Blakely book and I was not disappointed with this one. I mean, it's baseball. How could it not be a hit?

As much as I would have loved Grant and Declan's story all in one book, there was just so much story with them, it needed to be this way.

Grant has been crushing on Declan for awhile. When he's invited to spring training, it puts them in the same bubble, and holy cow to the sparks fly. From the first meeting, it's clear that their vows to not get involved during the season and with a teammate were gong to be hard to stick to.

And it is. They finally agree to do this thing with a time limit. And the days they have together are glorious and hot. But then Declan gets traded and the distractions of "them" jeopardize Grant making the team.

Someone is going to get hurt. Someone is going to get their heart broken. Someone may just be both of them.

Cannot wait for Winning with Him for the conclusion to this great story.

Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan do such a great job of bringing these two characters to life.

This story has so many feels, and who better to give voice to them than Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton. Lauren Blakely has done it again!

Love the story so far

I knew going into this book that it was a cliffhanger but couldn't wait to meet Grant and Declan. But I hate cliffies and I want the rest of the story! The narration was great and seemed effortless between the two characters. I knew about Grant and Declan from Reese's story but had no idea it was so intense. Just impatiently waiting for Winning With Him and can't wait for more of their story.

Need More Men of Summer ASAP!

Scoring With Him was a deliciously sexy slowburn that hit me with all the swoony feels.

Grant was a fun and outgoing rookie determined to have his best first season possible. Declan as a seasoned pro was focused and determined for spring training yet the one thing he never accounted for was the draw of the new rookie. Their connection was instant and amazing to watch unfold. I loved the slow buildup of their relationship as I laughed, teared up and swooned right alongside them.

Grant and Declan's somewhat forbidden yet sweet and emotional journey was captivating and left me so invested in these two that I can't wait for more of the Men of Summer series.

The narration for this book was fantastic. Teddy and Jacob did a superb job giving these amazing characters a true voice and helping me connect even more with them.

Home run!!!

Scoring with him had me falling so hard for both Grant and Declan. Lauren Blakely is the queen of heat, passion, love and laughter. The swoon factor was off the charts. I loved how tender these two tough ball players were. Fighting the forbidden was near impossible. I’m dying to find out the ending to their story.

Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan turned the heat factor up 100%!

so sweet I love the start to the series and the second book and third book are even better the end kills me and I can't believe it but the love story in general is amazing. and I'm in love with the narrator's teddy Hamilton and Jason Clarke and everything they read together

Yasss!!! I loved this so much!!! The angst, spice, the sweetness. I would reread this over and over.

Not bad but

Good story but kinda rushed at the end. Hopefully book 2 and 3 answers the many questions I have.

The shocking ending

Teddy ( my favorite male reader) was believable and outstanding, as usual. The other male sounded really monotone in this story. I didn't care for that. The story line was a bit familiar in parts. But the ended, made me drop to my knees. No! Thank goodness I have the entire series. My intrigue tells me that must continue this story to hear what happens next.
