Werewolves, Witches & Steamy Romance

This is a new genre for me, I love all things witches but never read many books about them.
This book was so fun, funny and engaging. I love listening to audiobooks it makes me feel so much closer to the characters. The narrator dos a great job of demonstrating the emotions of the character. My favourite was the sassiness of some of the characters, I could picture them acting in my head.
It has me intrigued to read the first book in the series. I very much enjoyed this audiobook, if you love werewolves and witches but mostly steamy romances THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!

Fun, unexpected, wonderful read!!!

Shift Happens, an Audiobook by is the delightfully wicked little story Trace and Sophie. She’s a witch-in-the-making and he’s a wolf shifter who needs to prove himself to his leader. He is tasked with finding the witch who has caused havoc in his pack and is suspect in the disappearance of his friend….and the suspicion is that it is Sophie. But, she doesn’t have any powers…and doesn’t believe she’s a witch.

There are lots of unexpected twists and turns and SURPRISES in the story…that make it a delight!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed this story!!!

This story was wonderfully narrated by Hollie Jackson. Her infectious voice just makes this story come to life! Loved her New Orleans accent…especially for Sophie! Her tone and inflections are perfect for this story!!! Absolutely fabulous performance of the story!!!

A fun paranormal romance

Sophie was born to be a witch, but she doesn’t have any magical abilities… or does she? Now there’s a werewolf in the picture and Sophie has a decision to make.

Carrie Pulkinen has written an entertaining story that has its steamy moments as well as lots of humor and witty innuendos. I loved it!

Hollie Jackson really brought this story to life. I enjoyed how she presented the characters.

Hilarious Paranormal Romantic Comedy Series!

This is the second book in the New Orleans Nocturnes Series. The storyline is hilarious, interesting, and intriguing. This is a great Paranormal Romantic Comedy Series. Holly Jackson did a fantastic job with the narration. Looking forward to listening to Life's a Witch, the next book in the Series.

Soooo funny!

I loved this book. I was laughing the entire time it was being read to me. Audiobooks are great because you can multitask while they are being read to you. “Shift Happens” was so good, I would rewind it just to be sure I didn’t miss anything! It kept me smiling and upbeat the entire time. Also, the narrator of this book makes the characters come to life with her accents and change in tone when reading quotes. I listened to the first book in the “New Orleans Nocturnes” series, and when I saw the second one available, I was so excited to listen to it! This author writes in such a modern tone that it makes me feel like I’m living it. I look forward to reading and listening to more books by Carrie Pulkinen.
