Not your usual Mike Ryan thriller

After reading several of Mike Ryan's series, I wasn't sure what to expect with these 3 standalone books. While they had Mike Ryan's signature writing style, the endings were all different from what I am used to. I enjoyed these books enough that I would read continuing books if they were turned into a series. The narrators for each book did a good job. 4 stars for each story and each narration.

Not the best

The first two books were OK. The third one was boring. I kept waiting for something to happen and nothing dead then it ended so not my favorite.

Where's the Beef?

Good stories but abrupt endings like segue to the next chapter, especially the last one.

the dog being shot REALLY Upset me!!!!

I did not like that the marshal, "Houston" shot the dog, Buster....I couldve gone the rest of my life without that. It's going to make me think twice about buying any more of Mike Ryans books. Which is really, too bad, since I've always LOVED his books.

Not a bad listen

Disappointed in the ending of the last book. Hope there’s more. I hate when they leave you hanging like that.

3 halfass stories with NO ending. HORRIBLE

The stories were terrible, just words to fill pages to collect a check. I want my hours back!!!
