This series contains elements of games like level-ups, experience, enchanted materials, a sarcastic spirit, mecha, a beguiling dark elf, monsters, minotaurs, a fiery red head, and a semi-realistic view on violence and its effects. Does not include harems.

Great series, but couldn't get into this one.

I don't know if it was the amount of time between the last book and this one, but I had trouble staying interested in this book. It was hard to follow with all of the political angles and trying to remember which characters were which is probably why I didn't get into this one as much. I bet if the book was available right after I listened to the prior book I may have felt differently.

a little rushed

the book seems a little rushed from start to finish, but the characters are rushed too, so that might be okay...
still, it meant that the character interactions which was one of the greatest strengths of the first books are fewer and a little more surface level...
this book ends arc 2 and it seems like book 7 will have the possibility of moving back to the more personal level even if taking place on a larger playing field...

Nick is great every time I hear his voice, this is no different...

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

One of if not the best Literature RPG series.. Only wished they would release the audible version as fast as he releases the books themselves.

I like Jon but hate all of his friends. They can all get bent. They constantly act like they are better than him and I hate when the MC agrees that they are

best book yet

I can't wait for the next book. I own it but I'm going slow to savor the series also I hate waiting for new books.
