Not a lot of fluff, just a step by step guide!

Actionable steps - Finally! I've read a ton of books real estate and most seem to be full of fluff and concepts without much in the way of steps to take. Just finished and I'm taking action immediately because it's easy to do when there's a map and a plan to follow! Thanks Todd.

Great Starter Book!

Not going to make this too long, so let me just say that this book is great if you are just starting out wholesaling for a more in-depth look at what to expect. I say this because of the wealth of knowledge you'll learn and how to take each guided step in many different situations. The Q&A's Todd provides in this book really helped me understand more about what to do and how to do it! I felt like I was cheating on a test in a way, because this book was so informative. Thumbs way up Todd!!! Thank you very much for making wholesaling so much simpler. I'm more motivated now than I've ever been!

current real estate investor

I'm a current investor out of Miami,FL, I liked this title for some of the strategies that were explained i had never heard of but I believe some will not work in my market we have alot of aggressive buyers that will black hat you out of a deal. So beware when trying to sell a deal, make sure you always have a contract first before marketing to sell. other then that all the other info was great.
