The Last Job

Eric Lamb is a world renowned hit-man. He's the best there is. He's the number one go-to man when a job pops up. But Lamb is getting tired of his profession. The constant killings, some seemingly innocent, have finally taken their toll on him. And he's about to do something about it. After he's contracted to do a new job, he decides he's had enough. All in the hopes of saving a young girl he doesn't even know. And it will probably cost him his life.

good plot/terrible narrator

Good story line, some predictability but also some surprises. The narrator was horrible, he should have been doing more of a love story the way that he spoke. He didn't have any excitement in his voice, just rather droning on and on.

A decent start, But a dull finish

The story became annoying. There’s decent action that takes place in the story, but there were a lot of scenarios that lacked common sense.
The characters couldn’t take the warnings, and had terrible ideas to get out of situations. Not the author’s best work, but thankfully it was free.

The narrator is awful and the author lacks continuity

The narrator tanked the novel but the author didn’t help at all. Very cliche, many errors. Plus the story was just lame
