Welcome to the third novel in the Reemergence series.

Baby Astrid and the magic that she is grows older, and around her all things ancient awaken, changing the modern world - and not always for the better.

Abe Fellows - recent graduate of Quantico and newly minted agent of Tapper - is sent to London to investigate a series of bizarre mutations that seem to have been infected by an arcane virus. All creatures great and small flee the waters of the Eastern Atlantic, fleeing panicked and mindless to escape an unknown threat that comes from an unknown place and time, and Fyelrath brooks no assault on her domain.

The dragon of water joins Abraham in his hunt for answers as threats emerge from the city as well as the deep. It's only a matter of time before the eldritch threat rises up from its slumber and consumes Earth.

Good story with a rushed ending, the reading is inferior to the first two books. Wish that narrator had continued.

Good story, poor performance.

This was a well written and VERY captivating story in the series. Looking forward to more.

good story, great in fact an excellent addition to the world of reemergence. BUT they should have gotten the same reader as the first two. the difference in pronunciation is.... marked.

not the best narrator

it would be good if the narrator read previous re-emergence novels and at least pronounce the names of the dragons in the same way. Otherwise fabulous

The story continues—a rather engaging tale of male wish fulfillment. I would classify it as a good beach read; it's entertaining as long as one doesn't expect greatness. Unfortunately, the new narrator, Mr. Corkhill, simply isn't James Foster. The voice of The Other is compelling, but many other characters are read in oddly inconsistent styles. It's occasionally difficult to figure out who's talking, if they're British or American, and whether they're being sardonic.

Solid sequel with a sup-par new narrator
