Amazing Bradens

When listening to a book rather than reading it I find that I can let the words I am hearing soak into me. I hear tones, feelings, and emotions that I missed while reading the book. I catch phrases, sentences, and thoughts that I may have skimmed over while reading. While listening to Thrill of Love I decided that I need a Braden playground and that Aiyla is a very lucky girl to have one to herself. Ty is also lucky to have let fate take control and trust that he would find the love of his life after leaving her behind. BJ Harrison is phenomenal. He is a narrator that knows how to use his voice to pull the listener in and keep them invested in the story.


Grab your Kleenex. I am not sure that I have ever cried in sadness during one of Melissa Foster’s Love in Bloom series books. Yet with Ty and Aiyla’s story, I full out had tears rolling down my cheeks. Do not get me wrong, this is a wonderful book with amazing characters.

Thrill of Love is a story of second chances and believing in fate. Ty Braden, sigh… love those Braden men… meets the woman of his dreams but his reputation gets in the way of their relationship. Promises of not to chase Aiyla down leave it up to fate to bring them back together. Of course, in true Melissa Foster style fate steps in and brings them back together. It is obvious from the beginning that something is off with Aiyla and she is fighting to push through her pain. I love that Ty doesn’t let her just put her pain aside and makes her see his doctor friend, Speed, to find out what is happening. Then when they find out what they are dealing with there is never a doubt that together they can conquer all things. Love wins out, as it should.

The Braden creed of Family knows no boundaries is proven over and over with these strong, proud, alpha Braden men. Ty Braden is a testament that being a Braden is a way of life, one that must be lived up to, respected, and loved.

Ty and Aiyla

Ty Braden is a thrill seeker, photographer (I’m talking National Geographic here), and quite the lady’s man, if his reputation is accurate. He never thought of settling down with one woman until he met Aiyla Bell. She is an adventurer, and she’s also a photographer (of older faces around the world). They spent five amazing days together in Saint Luc, but agreed to let fate decide if they would meet again. Fate plays a big part in this story. Ty and Aiyla do meet again, and as any good romance novel dictates, they fall in love. But that’s not all there is to this story. In fact, that’s pretty much the beginning. All it takes is one life changing event…

Melissa Foster has written another wonderful, hot, heart-wrenching, love filled story that will make you believe in fate and the forever kind of love that seems so rare these days. When you read this story, be prepared to feel all the feels, cry the tears, laugh and love right along with the Bradens. This story runs so much deeper than most. Grab it and enjoy the ride!

B.J. Harrison narrates the audio version of this story so well. His voice and inflections so clearly bring this story to life. My imagination was pretty good when reading the book, but hearing someone else read it put a whole new spin on the story for me. Such a good one!

An incredible love.

First let me say I do love Melissa Foster books along with the narration of BJ Harrison. I think the current one is always the best until I listen to the next. But this book featuring Ty Braden and Aiyla Bell is incredible. In my opinion Melissa's strong suit is her character development and this book is no different. This story is filled with fate, love and life changing events. You will experience the love of the entire Ace Braden Family. During the course of reading this tears were trickling down my face without my knowledge or permission. Anyone would want the kind of love Ty has for Aiyla. BJ Harrison’s narration let the compassion and emotion shine through. Kudos to Melissa Foster. A true 10 star book.

I read the book and listened to the audiobook as well. Be prepared for an emotional journey! B.J. Harrison once again doesn't disappoint as he narrates Melissa Foster's beautiful romance that will tug at your heart and fill your soul. He has become one of my favorite narrators as he brings Melissa's story to life.

Ty Braden , world-renown mountain climber and nature photographer, and Aiyla Bell, ski instructor and photographer spend five incredible days together in Saint-Luc and they're the best of their lives. They discover how much they have in common and how perfectly they click.

Ty wants Aiyla to go with him on his next assignment and continue their relationship, but Aiyla, careful with her heart and fearful of Ty's "player rep" refuses to take the chance and upend her life that's she's worked hard for. Instead she makes him promise not to contact her and leave the chance for them to get together to Fate. If they're meant to be, it will happen without either searching for the other.

When Fate does step in they're brought together for a five day event in Colorado. Their passion is sizzling and their love real and Ty realizes he can't lose her again. Their world is thrown upside down when an unexpected tragedy occurs. A tragedy that will make you weep so much you'll find it difficult to read through your tears.

The emotional journey Ty and Aiyla take you on is intense at times (keep those tissues handy) and will make you root for them not to lose faith. But can love and faith prevent them from being torn apart?

This book is a keeper, meaning you'll want to own it so you can read it and listen to it again and again. A wonderful love story, but so much more than that. You watch Ty fall in love after believing it's not meant for him. You'll watch him grow in ways that alter you forever. You'll see the strength of not only their love, but the real fear that all could be lost.

Aiyla is a strong, beautiful and amazing woman who is perfect for Ty in every way. No young couple should ever have to go through what they do and make the kind of decisions that are truly real world. That's what you can expect of Melissa's books - real issues that most of us can identify with. That's what makes her books so heart-wrenching and heart warming.

This book is right up there with Tru Blue and Tempting Tristan. I totally loved it!

More Please!

I loved this book when I first read it in the fall and it didn't disappoint as an Audible book the second time I "read/listened" to it. There is nothing better than listening to a Melissa Foster book read by BJ Harrison. He brings the characters to life and the Bradens at Peaceful Harbor are great!

I started this book with the same excitement I have for each Melissa Foster book and at first I wondered why Melissa hadn’t spent more time on the “before” relationship for Ty Braden and Aiyla Bell, but quickly I realized that while the “before” was important to set the scene, the NOW was SO powerful and needed the whole book to explore their relationship. Fate steps in and brings Ty and Aiyla back together after meeting months before. Their love is as strong as ever when they reconnect at a charity race and they feel as if nothing can come between them, until they encounter a health scare and have to really test their love. Aiyla has to overcome her fear that she is just one of many to Ty and he does all he can to prove to her that she is the only one for him now and forever. This is by far my favorite Melissa Foster book (and I have loved them all).

Wow!!

This book is amazing!!! This by far is Melissa’s best book in my opinion!!! Ty and Aiyla are absolutely the perfect match for each other. They have the same interest and a great love for the outdoors!! They hit a little bump in the road but with the love they have for each other and the love of their families they overcome it!! BJ Harrison did an amazing job on the narration!!!

Wonderful story

Thrill of Love was a FANTASIC book! I've been anticipating Ty Braden's book for a while, but I never imagined it like this. Ty Braden is a mountain climber and nature photographer. Ty has no intentions on settling down, he doesn't even believe in second dates, that is until he meets Aiyla Bell. Ty meets Aiyla in Saint-Luc where she was a ski instructor and fellow photographer. He was instantly taken by her and wants her to follow him on his next assignment. After months of hoping he will run into Aiyla they finally meet up with each other at an event in Colorado. The chemistry they shared in Saint-Luc is still there and it takes Ty no time to realize that she is "the one" for him. Ty is bound and determined that he wont leave Aiyla walk away from him again, even when tragedy turns their lives up side down. I loved how fiercly Ty loves Aiyla and how his alpha side came out when he was protecting her and when his soft nurturing side was there for her when she needed it. The Braden's had me literally sobbing when they rallied around Aiyla and supported her and Ty. Thrill of Love tugged at my heartstrins several times. I'm so glad we got to see Ty be the man we all knew he really was. I absolutely LOVED this book!
B.J. Harrison is wonderful to listen to. I cried when reading this book and cried even harder listening to it. What a great narrator.

Fate and Love with Emotion!

Mellisa had given us a sweet and hot story. B. J. Harrison narrated it with passion.
Ty Braden is a mountain climber and nature photographer known all over the world. Ty had met Aiyla Bell at Saint-Luc, Switzerland, but his reputation with women made her turn him down on his offer of going with him. In the Colorado mountains, they meet again with both competing in a race. She called it fate. She was late in coming in for her race and he went looking for her. She was so mad at him and told him she could do this on her own when he offered to help. Aiyla's leg was hurting her, but she was to stubborn to drop out of the rest of the race. Would fate save them? A must listen!

Wonderful Emotional Story!

This is the sixth book in The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor Series, and this is a wonderful addition to the Series. Thrill of Love is an emotional, and beautiful second chance to love. Ty is handsome, very supportive, and caring. Aiyla is beautiful and strong. They are perfect together. The story has drama, twists, faith and love. The family spirit in this story is amazing. The supporting characters are great. I love these Series with intertwined characters. B.J. Harrison did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it!
