Michael has moved on; can his Justice Enforcer make a difference?

Does the Sun come up in the morning?

The New York City-State wakes up and their world has been shaken to its core. The Enforcers have been scattered, but they aren't finished. This vampire is but a bump in their road to keeping the city-state in the hands of the CEOs.

The Weres are involved. Some leave, some stay, and new alliances are made and an old one broken.

However, in the end, it always comes back to heart and determination.

Something that you often have to find for yourself, when life beats you down and Valerie is made of the right material to see it through.

As noted in other series set in the Kurtherian Universe, there is cursing in this book, occasionally, it's funny, too.

I absolutely love Valerie. No one can kick-butt the way she does, and then crack a joke. Both books I’ve read in this series were so funny and exciting, they were a real joy to read. And just like the first one the battles in this book were awesome. This is written by men, and men can’t write sex worth a crap, but they can sure write battles. Valerie’s speed and heads rolling, one right after another, was simply incredible.

This had a lot of the same characters in it but Sandra, Diego and Cammie are still my favorites, with Jackson coming in fourth. Looks like Valerie has met herself a romantic interest. That’s so great.

I had no idea I would have enjoyed a steampunk book so much but I’m sure glad I tried it.

Like I said “no sex” but the F-bomb was used 52 times. Unlike a lot of folks I don’t mind that word at all but if you do then don’t buy this book, then complain there bad language.

As to the narrator: I could listen to Kate Rudd narrate every book I buy. Her voices and feelings and emotions are just phenomenal.

Wonderful read and listen..

I can't tell you how much enjoyment this series has brought. It is so well written that I think when I close my eyes I am actually there. I can smell all of the scents, see and actually taste the blood. Yes, I can actually know why blood tastes and smells like. In my younger days did a little martial arts. This book stands all alone. Kudos and Honor to you both. Margaret

Claimed by Honor is the exciting sequel to Justice is Calling. This book continues the story of a tough female vampire fighting evil with other vampires, werewolves, and humans at her side. The narrator does a terrific job bringing the story to life. Contains language and graphic violence.

I received this book as a gift. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Exciting vampire and werewolf adventure

This is my first foray into Michael and Justin's joint world. I like vampire and werewolf stories. This is the first one I've read in the series (it's book 2). While it seems to refers to previous incidents, it can still be read as a stand alone book. This continues Valerie's story as she works to bring justice to a dystopian world. There was a lot of violence and some swear words. The sexual references were mostly implied and not really descriptive. While I enjoyed the writing, and loved the narration, it seemed geared more for YA. That dud not detract from my enjoyment . Now I want to find out how Valerie got started in all of this.

Good Vampire-Werewolf story

She really does this book justice! I did not read the first book and found that, that was okay! Loved this book!
