The classic novel—now available on audio!

The Browns are going on holiday to France, and Paddington is in charge of the “eyetinnery.” He has the whole trip planned down to the last marmalade sandwich, but somehow he takes the family far off the beaten path. With Paddington in charge, one should always plan on the unexpected!

First published in 1961, Paddington Abroad is the fourth novel by Michael Bond, chronicling the adventures of this classic character. Paddington has warmed the hearts of generations of readers with his earnest good intentions and humorous misadventures.

I love Paddington so much. With his hard stares and marmalade sandwiches and his desire to want to be helpful, he’s a model of what every young bear should be. I’m really enjoying these. I didn’t get them as a child, so I’m thoroughly enjoying reading them as an adult. Bonneville’s narration is excellent, and the stories them selves are a delight from start to finish.
