Excellent Listen
I would pace my apartment and need to talk to people to get my mind off the feeling. At midnight, it's pretty hard to find people to talk to. I went to Amazon and ordered three books. I haven't even gotten to the others, yet (though I plan to read them, too).

I like this book
I started having panic attacks while driving in June and became stuck at home only able to leave the house when hubby could drive me. I just finished reading this book in March and that night I used the techniques in this book and drove. That was yesterday! Today I drove again. Highly recommend this book. Informative Book
I think what I like the most about Emma Campbell's stuff is that he gives you so many examples and metaphors about how to attack Anxiety and/or see the world in a total different way that it's kinda easy to get it. Also, I've caught myself putting together several of his ideas like pieces of a big puzzle and you can notice that you have created a system that attacks anxiety effectively.

Good Quality Book
Good book! Very similar to Hope and Help for Your Nerves. They both teach the same technique. I read the other one first and helped tremendously. I though this was going to be different but it is too similar. If you haven’t read the other one this on is ok too.
