Publisher's Summary

Want to harness the power of neuroscience to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worry, and even shyness? Then keep listening!

Relentless fear, chest pain, heart palpitations, and shortness of breath, among other things, are signs you’re having an anxiety or panic attack. Both may feel similar. This is because they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms. However, an anxiety attack is a different condition from a panic attack.

Anxiety can build gradually and is usually linked to an event, situation, or experience that’s perceived as threatening or stressful. Panic attacks, however, often occur out of the blue, and aren’t always cued by stressors.

But one this is for certain — both anxiety and panic attacks can make you feel like you’re losing control. It’s important to know how to manage these conditions, so you can make the crucial shift and not allow yourself to spiral into the abyss.

Lucky for you, Emma Campbell has created the ultimate guide to rewiring your brain using neuroscience, so you can overcome anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worry, and even shyness!

Here’s what you’ll get in this part two:

  • How your brain responds to stress and panic attacks
  • How to recognize your emotional triggers
  • How to rewire your brain’s response to fear and anxiety
  • How to utilize exercise and rest as a tool against anxiety
  • And so much more!

Unfortunately, people often mistake anxiety and panic attacks as one and the same. With the help of some evidence-based tools and tips in this book, you will learn the distinction between the two so you can more effectively address the underlying causes of each.

Don’t let anxiety and panic attacks overwhelm you!

Excellent Listen

I would pace my apartment and need to talk to people to get my mind off the feeling. At midnight, it's pretty hard to find people to talk to. I went to Amazon and ordered three books. I haven't even gotten to the others, yet (though I plan to read them, too).

I like this book

I started having panic attacks while driving in June and became stuck at home only able to leave the house when hubby could drive me. I just finished reading this book in March and that night I used the techniques in this book and drove. That was yesterday! Today I drove again. Highly recommend this book. I feel so confident and less alone now. Thank you!

Informative Book

I think what I like the most about Emma Campbell's stuff is that he gives you so many examples and metaphors about how to attack Anxiety and/or see the world in a total different way that it's kinda easy to get it. Also, I've caught myself putting together several of his ideas like pieces of a big puzzle and you can notice that you have created a system that attacks anxiety effectively.

Good Quality Book

Good book! Very similar to Hope and Help for Your Nerves. They both teach the same technique. I read the other one first and helped tremendously. I though this was going to be different but it is too similar. If you haven’t read the other one this on is ok too.

Beautiful book

Desperately needed to guidance and understanding about what I was experiencing inside me and what I could do to understand and manage through my panic attacks. I read this book which shear delight from start to finish (including a few videos). Sometimes smiling, sometimes worried but now confident to practice the techniques presented. I know my anxiety won’t disappear but now know how to live with them
