Well written.

I bought this book to learn more about social anxiety and how to understand the effects it has on a person. immediate relief from social anxiety

This audiobook gave me an understanding of what my anxiety is, what has caused it and how to move past it. This audiobook was the first direct attempt to address this issue since finding out and I have already noticed an improvement. Those aspects alone have made it worth every penny.

It has shined some light.

It has definitely shed some light on anxiety. A self-help book here with new techniques. I like this. It’s the shortest book I’ve heard but it’s one of the most functional ones.
