Good and practical book on how deal with anger. I liked all the practical applications to address our anger in a positive way. Helps you discover how to handle anger and gives plenty of examples with real people scenarios. This book made me realize and understand the root cause of anger. It also gave me the tools to react positively and improve my well being.

Thank you for making this book!

When you have a problem with anger, you will be required to manage that problem for the rest of your life. If it is left untreated, it can end up causing a long list of social, physical, mental and emotional problems. It has given me new insight and hope into a long lasting problem that I've battled with most of my life. Thank you for making this book!

This was explained in a manner and in details!

This was explained in a manner and in details that hit me directly. With every section I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me. It may be very tough but it really helps to open up to them and just tell them everything. It has definitely brought us closer together!

This is a book that really makes you.

This is a book that really makes you think about yourself and the way that your mind portrays certain situations. The book is very helpful in explaining some of the underlying causes of anger and in providing exercises that are very well worth pursuing. The advice is grounded in a strong sense of realism about the perseverance and commitment needed. However the benefits of demonstrating this are very well justified.
