Left me in Awe

This book is a revisionist history of the Abrahamic faiths. The author's writing is beautiful. I was sucked into the story and held in its thrall as I listened to it. The narrator's voice fits the story perfectly. Her tone was beautifully dark and the hint of a foreign accent was the icing on the cake.

This book had me lost in thought for days after I listened to it. Could his version of the biblical and Quranic stories hold some truth? The author was very brave to tackle the mythos of the major religions as he did. I'm at a loss on how to adequately review this book without spoilers. It is a must in your library.

Powerful

Just beautifully written and I'm sure will upset some but just a different perspective on an age old argument. This series is criminally underrated and under exposed. I hope to be a part of the change in that.

Haunting and Unique Tale

Andrid: The Keeper of the Flames is quite a unique and haunting tale that deals with Jinn, Angel's and the price of love. Andrid paid the price of loving a fellow Jinn to much and it cost him everything he held sacred. Andrid became a watcher of man's trials and tribulations but also their humanity. The character of Andrid grew as the story went on he began to understand why we were created and loved including himself. This is definitely a unique spin on the bible but it was phenomenal, intriguing and well written. Andrea Giordani did an excellent job as narrator he voice and emotions really gave the story depth. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves unique stories.
