I have been drinking for over 25 years, gradually increasing over time. For two years I’ve tried to quit but always go right back to it. Craig has helped me see alcohol in a different light and he’s right. Until you adopt this mindset you’ll never be free of the want. Bonus! He forgot to mention that you’ll lose about 20 pounds!!!!
