Publisher's summary

Pearl Spence has been through more in her young life than most folks could handle. But through it all, her family has been by her side. They may not be perfect, but they love her, and they all love each other, come what may. That's one thing Pearl no longer questions.

Loved it even more

Book 2 was amazing. Thank you for writing it. I feel even more in love with Pearl and Ray. Her daddy is simply amazing. Great book.

Excellent writing! Excellent Performance!

Good writing is good writing no matter the genre. But a story that moves you is the only kind I read or listen to. This one inspires, challenges, and entertains from beginning to end. A fine performance!

Simplier times

With everything going on in the world right now, this book was so sweet and this little girl so innocent and the world held so much awe and wonder for her. The story was simple, but the characters were done very well, and the writing was good
Enjoy

Loved the book

Good story.
Held my attention.
I wanted to hug both the children it in many times. So glad they had the aunt.
Dad sure was a good man.

A Trail Of Crumbs

I really enjoyed this series. Sorry to see it end. The progression of the story through three books and the development of the characters was beautifully constructed. Highly recommend.

Couldn't Finish. Yawn.

This book was nothing like the first. The main character just yaks yaks yaks, talking about, nothing! The narrator's voice eventually became nails on a chalk board. Had to quit halfway through.

Lacks substance.

The story just gave a whole lot of nothing. Talked a lot about every day life during that time period. Struggled to finish it, will not move on to book 3.
