Kept you on edge
Great book! Wish it was longer. I finished this in a work single day. I agree with one of the reviews, A.J. Carter is definitely getting better with narrating but he does make some characters sound whiney when they shouldn’t be.

great zombie book!
I've read a ton of apocalyptic books and this one is so well done! I love the outbreak, the survival, the day to day struggle of that first week, trying to figure out how to survive, all in a gripping plot and beleavable characters. I cannot wait for the 3rd book!!

So good
I normally don’t like zombie books, but this writer is something special. I have loved his writing since the first sentence of his first book, I really hope he keeps writing. It took me a bit to get used to the narrator, but he really does some of the voices well.
