Excellent Mystery!
A Message in Blood (Chiara Corelli Mystery #3) was a difficult read at times because the subject matter included child sexual abuse and sex trafficking, but it was so well written. There were many intricate pieces that were part of the investigation and the writing evoked such a strong emotional response. It’s a very good book.
Abby Craden also does an excellent job with the narration.

Not bad , but obviously has PC undertones
It’s a decent story . The narrator is good . Subtle digs at The New York Post as an anti police newspaper ( I suppose it’s just part of the fiction )

Another great Chiara/Parker mystery! This one dealt with some heavy issues and the author handled it beautifully. I’m looking forward to book 4!! The narration was superb as always! I’m hooked on this series and highly recommend it!!

Another Winner!
Catherine Maiorisi has written another gem. She has created a fine cast of characters and had them grow and develop with each story.chi area Corelli and PJ Parker are good cops,who have learned to work together and who have learned to respect each other. This case is about pillars of the community who deal in sex trafficking of children. It is chilling.Abby Craden is, as usual, superb as narrator bringing all characters to life. Hope there is another in the series because it is just that good!

Message in Blood
I always enjoy Abby Craden as the narrator and I really enjoyed this series as well. It is refreshing to listen to booked that are focused on the many issues we face today. I appreciate the subtle tones regarding sex between Kiera and Bret but not forcing or focusing on it but on the main issues. Great detective series and I hope there are more books in this series with these detectives and the issues we the people face today.

MY FAVORITE YET!
WOW! What can I say!? This one had me on the edge of my seat! I was very happy to listen that the author didn't go with the most obvious route with such a great build up! I was truly convinced she was, but thank goodness, nope. And Abby Craden! She hit a home run on this one. I hope there's more Parker POV in the next one. On to the next one!
