Kept waiting for it to get good

Too many hours, waiting around for the story to really get going, it didn’t seem too… I usually like this author, but this book didn’t do it

Loved it!

I'm an animal person and I absolutely love this book! It has all the feels and a lot of laugh out loud moments. Great narration by Erin and Joe, as usual. I listened to this when I was sick and it helped me feel so much better, being able to laugh when nothing else seemed funny. I highly recommend this book for animal lovers and people who just aren't there yet!

Lovely Romance with the humor I have become accustomed to from HH!

As always Helena Hunting knows how to bring humor and romancing together is such a lovely way. This story was absolutely adorable and I loved every moment of it!!

I loved this story so much!

This story doesn't have your traditional break up in the 3rd act. So if that's not your jam, don't get this book. Lives however do fall apart and it's lovely to see the Happily Ever After at the end. Kitty's job is actually realistic, as I was a pet sitter and cat trainer for many years. Also, I laughed and teared up during this book. I highly recommend!

Cute story with awkward characters.

Listened to this on audio. The narrators are fantastic.
It's a cute story with two awkward characters that start off on the wrong foot. I liked that they are both kind of nerdy in their own way. It was also pretty emotional with regards to Miles' mother who has dementia. And to be honest, I probably enjoyed the relationship between her and Miles the most. Definitely hit me in the feels. It was enjoyable but probably not real memorable.

A Love Catastrophe written by Helena Hunting. This is a fun little tale of many fuzzy and unfuzzy tails. The Kitty Whisperer is our female lead and working to help cat owners. Miles needs care for his Moms cat. What can be better than that? Loved it!

A little quirky but fun

It made me smile and laugh, it’s a little too perfect by having them always ask permission to do things but that’s okay good listen would recommend

Unexpected

As someone who was late to finding Helena Hunting, I’ve found myself immersed in each of her stories. While each book tells a charming, and sometimes sexy tale, they’re all wonderful reads. This one, however, was unexpected, yet magical just the same. This too will be one to enjoy over and over again.

Sweet, cat-heavy story

Miles and Kitty are nerdy cute and make a very sweet couple. There’s not much drama or suspense but that’s fine sometimes. As a cat person, I enjoyed the theme. And the narrators were great as usual.

Immature writing with a lackluster climax

The writing felt very immature. The use of "drop a deuce" in literature is cringe inducing. The storyline itself would be cite but there was almost zero climax to the story. What I assume was the climactic part of the story was nothing more than just a side story. The whole book felt very forced including the performance.
