Just amazing!
I just started listening to it today what I like about this audio-book is it very blunt in how they talk. It's very easy to use however it is not a let's power through this and gets this done in a couple of weeks this is an everyday life change book and it helps you through it and it thoroughly explains how to use these tactics and your everyday life. If you really want to practice self-love and learn how to do it the right way this is the book for you.

A comprehensive audio-book.
I have struggled with loving myself since I was a child. The past few years have been terribly hard for me as I gained a ton of weight and stopped caring for my body altogether. I am only a quarter way through the audio-book and it has helped me understand/uncover so much about myself already- I can't wait to finish the audio-book! If you are struggling with loving yourself, whether it be a tough patch you're currently facing or a rut you've been in for years, I highly recommend you work through this audio-book!

Truly life-changing! This audio-book is engaging and actually encouraging to keep at it. This truly has helped me to get to the ROOT of issues and heal in a way I never imagined. Hard to find kind words to describe it
Disappointed, I would not recommend for 50+.
The reviews were very positive and having attempted to listen to this publication I say there were grossly misleading.
Introduction is author’s attempt at making herself feel better about herself. Literally masturbation, full of unimportant details.
The “book” has a flair of flat earth society but instead of being original it is borrowing from Ideas of others such as Schema therapy.
Somewhere the author mentions it is for women in their early 20s. Perhaps this is the right target audience but sadly this information was not included in summary at the time I purchased it.
