Absolutely fantastic!

I know, people said it was slow in the beginning, but the story had to be that way. I feel like it had to lay the groundwork on how messed up some of the characters were. The different types of abuse portrayed were dead on. totally amazing as always. And thoughts that run through their heads are definitely thoughts that have run through other peoples heads at a time if they’ve dealt with a lot of stuff in their lives. As always loved every minute of it even the disturbing stuff. Definitely dead on with how certain people think and people who do not take responsibility for their actions. Well done and awesome.

I think it’s great

I think it’s appropriate to have a lot of inner monologue when imprisoned.. and like a lot of debate of what choice to make. I actually really liked the story, I liked the change of scene. Obviously I missed the other characters but that’s not the scene this story took place in. I really don’t understand how other readers can be so critical. And I don’t complain about the sex because this is a romance series as well as fantasy lol I think there was a lot of interesting information that ties into the other books. I’ve listened to books that were just.. not my cup of tea, that I didn’t care to continue but I don’t think this is anything like that.

Too good

I love the book, all her books are great! Love does prevail , truly!!! I’m excited for the new book coming out.

Didn’t want this book to end

I love all of the characters and wanted to see more of what happened after she became the primal of life

Love her books, but this one was filler

I normally LOVE Jennifer’s books, but this one was full of filler so just hold on through the first half of the book. Also, it ends with multiple, repetitive sex scenes so just know there’s another one coming even when you think it’ll end. Definitely one you need to read to keep up with the series, but this one just felt like it was full of filler.
