I truly enjoyed this book. While it didn’t quite deliver the same explosive pull as the first installment, the story remains addictive in its own way. At times, it stays a bit more on the surface of what made the beginning of the saga so special, yet it still manages to hold your attention.

That said… the intensity rises several levels. The plot grows spicier, new romances spark with tension and drama, and we finally gain deeper insight into several secondary characters, which greatly enriches the world of the story.

It may not surpass the first book, but it absolutely leaves you eager for the next. And if you’re a fan of intense bonds, romantic tension, and stories where love and war walk hand in hand, this sequel is definitely worth it.

Story and character development

Cannot wait for the final installment in audio. What I cannot get over is how young the characters are.

I read the first two books back to back by had to wait for this addition. So when the book started I had a pull myself back to the story because it starts right in from the last page of the second book with no recap or reminders.
Eventually I remembered enough to keep going but it was a nothing really pulled me in. I think if you read this series you have to read one after another. For me I won’t be continuing.
I did love the voice actors for this book and really liked that someone that’s mated can find love again.

Great book my favorite of the 3. Excited for the next one . Voice acting by male is great .
