A Must Read 5 Stars

This book is so beneficial to guide parents/teachers on how to help children who may have disruptive behavior. It will enable adults to be aware of ADHD to help calm children by practicing mindfulness techniques. Easy therapy and exercises for kids to help them keep calm, control emotions and focused. I highly recommend this book.

Very impactful book!

This book can help you implement easy to follow techniques that can help your child understand and work through their emotions and feelings. These easy to follow guided exercises can help alleviate stress and anxiety too. Will definitely be incorporating them into my child's daily routine.

This is a great book for parents that teaches about social awareness for kids. It focuses everything from being mindful to creating confidence in kids. A breath of fresh air!

I was looking forward to this audiobook because I have a child with special needs and who often displays challenging behaviour.

The approach is a breath of fresh air – a change from the usual prescription drugs. I love the exercises to improve focus – parents will really benefit from these techniques.

Great Resource
