nothing new

lke most 50 things books, it did not bring many new things to the table for me. As a longtime sufferer of depression and anxiety I have found many of the suggested recommendations to be things I've already incorporated into my life and our basic to managing this terrible Affliction. All things being equal for somebody who has not had to face treatment or face the negative consequences of depression anxiety it's a pretty good book.
