This is intended for single people who are still looking for the love of their lives, to couples who are struggling with their relationships and to those who are recently undergoing, separation, divorce and/or break ups. This audiobook will guide you and will make you realize that nothing in this world is perfect but there is always room for improvement. You should get your copy too!

Yuri and Bruce’s Guide to Long-Term Romantic Love

This book bundle contains two books about relationships, the first one about what the authors believe to be the five core components of a healthy long-term romantic relationship and the second one about how to have a fulfilling, safe long-distance relationship.

I've been enjoying audiobooks for the last two years, and this is one of the most unusual ones I've listened to, and in the best way! A couple actually narrates this audiobook. The pen name you see is a combination of this couple's two first names: he's Bruce, and she's Yuri. Especially in the bundle’s first book, there is a lot of back and forth between the couple. I'll admit it makes me a little curious to see what the actual ebook is like. How much of this audiobook is not in that text? What did they just say off the cuff? The conversation just flowed so naturally between them when both were narrating that it didn't seem scripted; it seemed just like regular chit-chat between a couple who knows each other. Their personalities both came through as well, and you could certainly tell they have a truly loving, caring, even if at times imperfect, relationship.

The couple came up with the list of five key ingredients to a successful romantic relationship together one day as they hashed it out sitting in a car, and they explored each of these aspects in detail, relating parts of their own story, including its downs as well as its ups, and the stories of some friends who also have healthy relationships. I love how this book springs from this couple's real-life experiences. I adore nonfiction books that are filled with wisdom born of experience.

We hear less from Yuri in the second book, but if you've ever considered having a long-distance relationship or are currently in one, the book will certainly give you some helpful tips and tactics to make it more successful, from communication to online privacy to how to build trust When you are far from each other physically. I appreciated how they included a detailed chapter on romance scams, because those certainly exist out there. I've been a victim of one myself, and what they relate is true to my experience. How they advise due diligence is precisely how I figured out what was happening to me. (Luckily, money never changed hands, but he was certainly working his way toward that.) I like how they wrap up this book by sharing several stories from friends about the trajectories of their long-distance romances and how life is for them now. The books are so hopeful and end on a positive, high note. If you are interested in improving your romantic relationship, this audiobook bundle gives plenty of food for thought. Frankly, it's just fun to listen to these two banter back and forth with all of their ideas. Worth a listen just for that. Highly recommended.

what a self-loving joke.

Bruce always going off script. always talking about self-love when really it's a one sided vision of a typical black man that doesnt want to support his family but to bring equal funds to him. As a black woman I can not support this. BTW Your screw if your disabled, cant work, and/or stay at home mother. You are not ready for a relationship according to this book
