Publisher's summary

As a rehab specialist, I know how it feels when others blame your children for their unstable emotions—children with BPD and ADHD show strong behavioral and cognitive dysregulations. Many findings of the critical characteristic now make up borderline personality disorder, which includes the varying intensity of emotions, impulsive behavior, identity, and relationship problems.

I also respect the fact that raising an ADHD child can be very stressful. So you will find fantastic strategies in the latter part of the audiobook that can help you prevent the symptoms of burnout and depression.

In this bundle set, you will find:

  • Signs and symptoms of BPD
  • Stigmatization related to the issue
  • Myths about BPD which are common in society
  • Causes of BPD
  • The course of borderline personality
  • Issues that go side by side with BPD
  • Finding help
  • Options available to treat this condition
  • Activities that target ADHD children's performance in school
  • Activities that target ADHD children's behavioral modification
  • Activities that target ADHD children's ability to make friends
  • Activities that target ADHD children's confidence and self-esteem

sound advise!

This book was a real eye opener to the struggles that children who have these disorders face on a daily basis. I was not aware of some of the difficulties that ADHD children have to face in relation to school. I particularly liked the advise that was presented by the author at the end of the ADHD workbook

These set of books are written by a credible person in this field who has worked with both sets of children. The author shares personal experiences and stories that he has learned along the way. Both books were a fun read!

very well presented information!

This is a great bundle set that covers two similar disorders. both books are different through, the ADHD book is more of a workbook that requires you to fill in information whereas the borderline personality book is more information based. With that said the information provided was reliable and credible and well presented.

Good books!

I loved these two books as they shed light on the most important factors pertaining to ADHD and borderline personality disorder. Although It would have been nice to see a few more activities on the borderline personality disorder book

My teenager enjoyed the activities!

These are two very enjoyable books that I have gone through with my teenager this week. The borderline personality book is targeted more for the parents and I also think the information is written for parents as it is very dense but written in an understandable way. Thank you, Philip!
