No More Lies

A Novel (No More, Book 2)

By: Kerry Lonsdale

Narrated by: Eileen Stevens

Secrets and lies shadow a woman on the run in the second novel in the No More trilogy by Amazon Charts and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Kerry Lonsdale.

Jenna Mason’s life seems perfect: a successful career as an animator, a town house near the beach, and an adoring son, Josh, whose artistic talent looks as promising as his mother’s. But there’s something nobody realizes about Jenna. She used to be Lily Carson, a young mother on the run from a secret no one must ever know.

After years of constantly relocating, Jenna concedes to her son’s request to settle down. He wants to make friends. He wants some stability. He wants to feel normal. She convinces herself they’re safe. Until a reporter discovers who Jenna really is, bringing her estranged father to her doorstep. When he threatens to expose her carefully fabricated life for the lie that it is, Jenna has no choice but to run again.

But just as she’s about to go off the grid, Josh disappears, forcing Jenna to seek out the one person she never thought she’d see again: Josh’s father.

the story lines always keep u wanting more

that it ended. I could listen everyday. can't wait to listen to the 3rd book

Good follow to book 1

I know that I really liked the first book, but I was hazy on the details. This book about Lily and Josh is a great follow up to the 1st book and probably better if I had remembered more.

Lily found out she was pregnant at 16 and decided to run away. The same night, her best friend Wes died. Now she and Josh are running from this past and people have caught up to them.

Great narration

I listened to this one via Audible from Kindle Unlimited. The narrator did a great job!! I enjoyed Lily (Jenna’s) story more than Olivia’s in the first book of the series. A single mom on the run for years with her son from a relative of a person she is accused of murdering. Will the truths be exposed and how can she continue to protect her son when her location is known! This can also be read as a stand-alone without reading previous book.

Great second book and narrator

I loved the first book so I was excited to have a second one. I liked the evolution of the main character and the way it complemented the first book. It is dramatic, which is what I expected/wanted.

Excellent 2nd Book in Series

I thought this was just as good as the first novel in this series and filled in a lot of the missing gaps. I really enjoyed the narrator although I sped her up a bit to 1.2. Looking forward to the next book!
