Review

Another great performance!. Enjoy the story of the characters and great character development, my only regret is that the series is very short and in hindsight I should’ve waited until a box set came out and got all the books in one.

Great book

But they decided to go ahead and add the multiple skill read outs and introduce city building, which is unfortunate for my skipping finger. The plot is still interesting though and I will be listening to the next book. Edit: read the reviews for the next book and they all said the characters just fall flat. Maybe I’ll hold on to my credit then.

An MC in a world filled with jerks. Every supporting character are arrogant and self serving idiots.

Cool headed MC and likeable but practically every supporting character around are all jerks. His adventures are fun but very chaotic and sometimes the author doesn't seem to know where to direct the story. The author would take a whole novel to preface a certain direction then the author abandons that direction and go a different yet not so great direction.
The narrator has a good voice but always sounds like he's in a hurry to spit out the lines. Pauses and narration cadence is weak.

Good addition...

It's nice to get the entire whole crew back together, even if they all pretty much have to start over at the beginning.
We finally get to the meat of the story in this book learning the history of the game!

great continuing of the series I really like this book I'll have to listen to it a couple more times hope everybody enjoys this book as much as I did
