Limitless Mind

A Guide to Remote Viewing and Transformation of Consciousness

By: Russell Targ

Narrated by: Al Kessel

The psychic abilities of most humans are dampened by the clatter of our conscious minds. In this timely audiobook, Russell Targ shows listeners how to quiet this noise and see into the far reaches of time and space through remote viewing. He also illuminates the phenomena of intuitive medical diagnosis and distant healing in a groundbreaking synthesis of research and empirical data.

Drawing on a broad range of spiritual traditions, Targ demonstrates that these psychic abilities offer a path of self-inquiry and self-realization and have the power to expand each person's limited awareness into the consciousness shared by all beings. Targ explores the scientific and spiritual implications of remote viewing, as well as offering practical techniques and exercises to nurture this universally available but often untapped skill.

Wonderful.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I don’t agree however, that Puritanism is responsible for the imbalance of the American psyche, but is in fact the product of a different religious influence altogether, along with media programming and ample toxicities, and not just in the US but worldwide.

Profoundly Fascinating

I feel blessed for having come across this enlightening reading. To have had such ready access to this has been a lucky treat.

Interesting

Great summary! Organized and full of information that discusses other people’s work too. Recommend it!

Excellent, more than I expected.

I read this because I was curious about remote viewing and Russell Targ delivered a great book. I would recommend it. The narrator was fine but I think Russell could have narrated it better himself.

Small portion on ESP

while the book does talk about remote viewing and ESP, there isn't very much in the way of instruction, except for one chapter. The rest of the book seems to talk about Dzogchen Buddhism and other eastern religious practices. The stories are good, but again not very much to be gleaned from this book as far as instruction.
