Incredibly helpful

5 years ago I discovered the gateway tapes by accident, rather I almost feel like they found me. Some years ago through chasing a “Law of One” rabbit hole, I fell into this one. I had some no name pod cast app and those tapes were on there and somehow I found them and started listening (meditating). The first time was very intense especially. I was almost afraid of what I was listening to, but my desire to know what they were was stronger. Then one day they were all just gone. I hunted through YouTube and found a small random account that had most of them, and i continued my listening, but they didn’t seem to hit the same. All the while, I was trying to find out as much information as I could about Monroe and the institutions he was affiliated with. Then I came into an old friend who knew someone involved in the original experiments, and he had the original recordings on tape. I got a digital copy of 3/4 of the tapes, and still have yet to hear the rest (I feel they will present when I am ready, as I ironically lost contact with them both). Anyway, all that to say, there was always a small gap that wasn’t clicking and this book has already helped affirm quite a lot of blind practice (no guidance and desperately seeking it). I’m excited to get back into my practice now that I have this book to coincide with the tapes I do have. I love the narrators, both male and female as it helps drive home certain points in different ways and keeps the listener engaged. My only complaint is the book didn’t come with a pdf of the diagrams they speak of, but I will just find a hard copy now to follow along and study, so it’s fine. Thank you all involved in this project, I desperately await book 2 instructional manual.
