Most disappointing book ever

I wouldn’t treat this as a book at all its more less an article. Throughout narration I thought it would go deeper now but before I knew it was over ..there is not even a 14 day plan or narration here..

Thought it Would be Longer.

I really enjoy the content of this book (what there was of it). It advertises as a 14 day sugar detox so I assumed there would be 14 days worth of reading to listen to. Disappointed there was only one chapter however the person reading was fantastic. Just wish there was more.

lovely Book!

I have changed my attitude about processed food. I will be more weary. I highly recommend this book. It is worth it to be educated about what you eat.

highly recommended

This book educated me big time on nutrition. Although the topic was about sugar, it also talked about the benefits and strategy to reduce sugar cravings and lower body fat. I give this book 2 thumbs up! Just get it, you will be amazed by what you hear. Good luck.

Really enjoyed it.

This is more than a diet. This is the way you need to eat for the rest of your life. SUGAR is everywhere and in greater amounts that 50 years ago. Look at pictures of people from the 60s and 70s and compare them to today. People then were naturally thin for the most part. Now, big is the new normal and it's making people unhealthy.
