Another Page Turner

Narrator is easy to listen too and perfect infections in her voice. Great continuation of the story line

Misleading

It’s a little misleading to call this book 2 when the story doesn’t match up at all with the first book. Brother does in the first book to come back to life to die again. she is happily married now she was a single mom

Plot gaps greatly diminish story

The author is talented and a compelling story teller. However, the plot gaps with the missing husband and (now) twice killed brother will allow me to give no more than 3 stars.

The storyline & satisfaction the bad guys lost in the end!

I liked the flow of the story as well as story line. I really enjoyed the voice actors.

A few things bugged me…

First, I liked the book and I’m a new fan of this author. Everything moves along quickly and entertainingly. I have issues with the lack of continuity and tying up loose ends from the first book. What happened to her husband in such a short period of time? Didn’t her brother die in the first book or is this a new brother? Why didn’t the sperm evidence blow his story out of the water? Did I miss something?? For a cop, it’s all in the details and these details were left unexplained and leave this reader wanting answers.
