A few things bugged me…
First, I liked the book and I’m a new fan of this author. Everything moves along quickly and entertainingly. I have issues with the lack of continuity and tying up loose ends from the first book. What happened to her husband in such a short period of time? Didn’t her brother die in the first book or is this a new brother? Why didn’t the sperm evidence blow his story out of the water? Did I miss something?? For a cop, it’s all in the details and these details were left unexplained and leave this reader wanting answers.

Ridiculous narration
This is a good story, but the lady narrator's attempts to sound like a man are ridiculous and distracting. It takes away from the overall story and performance. This is one that I will listen to only once.
