    💼 Do you work long hours and drink to unwind? Many people live by the "Work Hard, Play Hard" motto, but did you know heavy drinking can be a sign of burnout? 🚨

    📢 Here’s the problem:

    ✅ We shouldn’t be working more than 38 hours a week—long-term overwork isn’t sustainable. ⏳
    ✅ Overwork leads to stress, exhaustion, and bad habits.
    ✅ People often rely on alcohol & junk food to cope. 🍔🍺
    ✅ The result? Sugar & fat overload = Higher risk of Type 2 diabetes.
