  • The Menopause Queen Episode 15 - the Modern Witch
    Feb 21 2026

There was a time when lighting a candle felt “woo woo.”
When pulling an oracle card felt strange.
When speaking about energy, intuition, cycles or ritual felt like stepping outside the norm.

    And yet… our grandmothers prayed.
    Our ancestors marked the moon.
They baked bread with intention, blessed the fields, whispered wishes into the wind.

What we now call “woo woo” was once simply life.

In this video, I speak about how ritual is no longer something reserved for special occasions or secret circles. It is becoming beautifully normal again. Practical. Grounded. Embodied.

    Ritual can be:
    – Five quiet minutes before the house wakes up.
    – Lighting a candle before you open your laptop.
    – Pulling a card at the new moon.
    – Anointing your face with oil before bed.
    – Stepping outside and noticing the sky.

    Not dramatic.
    Not complicated.
    Not performative.

    Just intentional.

We are remembering that the sacred and the practical were never meant to be separated.
That spirituality doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.

That daily devotion can live inside ordinary moments.

When ritual becomes part of your rhythm — each day, each week, each cycle — life softens.
    You slow down.
    You listen.
    You respond instead of react.

    This isn’t about escaping reality.
It’s about inhabiting it more fully.

The mystical is no longer on the fringes.
    It is in your kitchen.
    Your morning walk.
    Your breath.

And perhaps the most powerful shift of all is this:

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 14 - Brain Fug, Anxiety, Fear & Hope at the end of the Tunnel
    Jan 31 2026

Menopause – The fog, the fears… and the magic beyond

    The Be A Queen approach

Menopause often feels like entering a fog.
    An in-between space.

There is the mental fog that comes unexpectedly.
    Words slipping away.
    Focus feeling fragile.
A sense of not functioning “as you used to.”

There can also be anxiety, unease,
sometimes fears with no clear reason,
as if something inside suddenly starts questioning everything.

    And yet…
what you are experiencing is not a breakdown.
    It is a reorganisation.

In the Be A Queen approach, menopause is not seen as an ending,
    but as an initiatory passage.
A moment where thoughts become louder,
where the mind tries to regain control,
where old reference points no longer work.

Yes, many things are linked to thoughts.
    They speed up.
    They amplify.
They create stories that can feel bigger than reality.

But what is rarely said — and deeply important to remember —
is this: the brain reorganises itself.

After menopause, new neural pathways form.
New ways of thinking, sensing and deciding emerge.
    Less driven by performance.
More guided by clarity, intuition and depth.

    The magic does not disappear.
    It transforms.

This passage invites you to let go of the version of yourself
that had to prove, push, hold everything together.
And to welcome a Queen who is more grounded,
    more sovereign,
    more aligned.

Menopause is not the end of your light.

It is the moment when it stops flickering for others
and begins to shine for you.

This is my approach and within Be A Queen, we walk this path together with one deep knowing: there is hope,
there is softness to reclaim, and beyond the fog, there is a new form of power waiting.

    A calm power.
    A lucid power.
    A quietly magical one.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 13 - It's in the Little Details that the BIG Things Happen
    Jan 19 2026

It’s the little things that matter most.

    The quiet moments in between.
The subtle spaces where life is truly felt, not always seen.

    A word spoken with care.
    A boundary respected.
A pause that allows the body to breathe.
An act of kindness toward yourself, especially when everything feels uncertain.

In The Menopause Queen, we speak into those spaces.
    The in-between years.
    The unseen transformations.
The inner shifts that ask us not to disappear — but to arrive more fully.

This is a time of choice.
To stay present in your body.
To listen instead of pushing through.
To move forward with compassion, wisdom and trust.

    To honour your rhythms.
    Your nervous system.
    Your truth.

    Atraversiamo.

    We cross this threshold together.
    With awareness.
    With courage.
    With heart.

Because it is often the smallest details — daily rituals, gentle choices, moments of self-respect — that create the deepest, most lasting change.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 12 - The Lone Wolf & the Call of the Tribe
    Jan 3 2026

The Wolf Moon & the Passage Into the New Year

The Menopause Queen – Episode 12

There is something ancient about the passage into a new year.
A threshold moment where time feels thinner, quieter, more symbolic.
A moment when we are invited not to rush forward… but to listen.

Under the light of the Wolf Moon, we are reminded of our dual nature.

The part of us that knows how to walk alone.
And the part of us that longs to belong.

The lone wolf has walked with me for many years.
A symbol of independence, intuition, resilience, and inner knowing.
The wolf who trusts her instincts.
Who knows when to retreat into solitude.
Who learns, heals, and transforms in the quiet.

But the wolf is never truly alone.
    She listens for the call.
    She remembers the pack.

This new year is not asking us to abandon our solitude,
nor to lose ourselves in the noise of the world.
It is inviting us to find the balance
    between self-trust and shared wisdom,
    between independence and connection,
between walking our own path and answering the call of the tribe.

The Wolf Moon illuminates what we carry forward and what we are finally ready to leave behind.
    Old identities.
    Outdated versions of ourselves.

Stories that no longer fit the woman we are becoming.

This episode is a reflection on that passage.
On honoring the lone wolf within —
the one who survived, who learned, who stood strong.
And on opening ourselves to the tribe — the circle, the shared fire, the collective heartbeat.

As we step into this new year, may we walk with courage, listen with clarity, and remember that we do not have to choose between being solitary or supported.

    We are both.

And that is where our deepest power lives.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 11 - Manifesting the best version of you
    Dec 20 2025

Which Version of You Are You Ready to Become?

There comes a moment — often quietly, often without ceremony —
when we realise that some versions of ourselves have reached the end of their journey.

    Not because they were wrong.
    Not because they failed.
But because they were created for a season that has now passed.

The woman who pushed through exhaustion.
The woman who stayed small to keep the peace.
The woman who carried more than was ever hers to hold.
The woman who adapted, coped, survived.

    She got you here.
    And she deserves gratitude.

But she may not be the one meant to walk with you into what comes next.

This episode of The Menopause Queen is an invitation to pause and reflect.
    To gently ask yourself:
Which versions of me am I still carrying out of habit rather than truth?
Which roles, identities, or patterns no longer nourish who I am becoming?

Letting go does not mean erasing the past.
It means honouring it — and choosing differently now.

Because there is another version of you quietly waiting.
A version shaped not by expectation, but by alignment.
Not by urgency, but by wisdom.
Not by proving, but by presence.

What does your best version look like today?
How does she move through the world?
How does she speak to herself?
What does she no longer tolerate?
    What does she finally allow?

Moving forward isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to what feels most true —
and allowing that truth to lead.

    This is not a rush.

    It’s a remembering.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 10 - From Snake to Horse
    Dec 5 2025

✨ From the Snake to the Horse — The Passage Between Worlds ✨ by @CharlotteSaintJean of @LaPauseMenopause

2025 is the Year of the Snake — a year of shedding, refining, unraveling the old skins we have outgrown.

A year of deep introspection, of quiet truths rising to the surface, of transformations that happen beneath the visible layers. It is also a year of endings. Endings of patterns that have drained us. Endings of roles we no longer wish to perform. Endings of stories we’ve told ourselves for too long. Endings that clear the path for the next chapter — not with violence, but with clarity… with inevitability. We are being asked to look within, to sort, to release, to keep only what truly belongs to the woman we are becoming. And as the Snake completes its sacred spiral, we begin to feel the tremor of hooves in the distance… the rhythm of something new approaching.

Because 2026 is the Year of the Horse — a year of beginnings, movement, passion, and freedom.

A year that calls us forward, out of the shadows, and into the wide-open field of possibility. Where the Snake teaches us to transform, the Horse teaches us to run. To leap. To trust our power. To follow the path that feels true, bold, alive. To ride with purpose, with intuition, with heart. This transition — from Snake to Horse — is a passage between worlds. From inner work to outer action. From shedding to rising. From endings that feel tender to beginnings that feel electric. So here we stand, on the threshold of a new cycle. One last breath in the quiet, one last release, one more layer shed… And then — we turn our face toward 2026. Toward momentum. Toward renewal. Toward the wild, sacred freedom waiting for us. This is your time to transform.

This is your time to rise. This is your time to run. To join the brand new hub it is here! https://www.skool.com/the-menopause-queen/about

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 9 - Searching for the Sacred Feminine & the Mystics of Avalon
    Nov 16 2025

    🌹 The Mystics of Avalon — A Pilgrimage of the Sacred Feminine 🌹 with @CharlotteSaintJean of @themenopausequeen & @SundariYoga

In June 2026, we journey together to the heart of the sacred lands of Avalon — a pilgrimage of remembrance, reconnection, and rebirth. Guided by Julia Anastasiou and @CharlotteSaintJean this sacred journey invites you to walk the ancient paths of Glastonbury, to honour the Magdalene energy, and to awaken the Mysteries of the Divine Feminine that live within you.

Avalon is not just a place — it is a vibration, a frequency of love and remembrance. It whispers of priestesses and healers, of women who once gathered to weave the threads of wisdom, compassion, and embodied grace. Through rituals, ceremony, meditation, and movement, we return to these energies — the essence of Mary Magdalene, the Rose Path, the sacred union of heart and spirit. This pilgrimage is an initiation into the sacred feminine within all of us — a call to remember who we are beneath the layers of time and story, a journey of healing, devotion, and radiant awakening.

Together, we will walk the mists of Avalon, we will listen to the land, and we will rise as modern mystics — rooted in love, connected in sisterhood, and guided by the eternal flame of the Magdalene. 🌹✨
