  • 881 | Do Your Thoughts Match Your Vision?
    Jul 14 2025

In this episode, I reflect on the first six months of 2025 and how I unpack them before setting goals for the remaining six months of the year. It’s essential to acknowledge our resilience and the ways we responded during challenging times. Instead of focusing solely on external validation, I encourage listeners to reflect on their own internal growth and the lessons they have learned.

There is this idea of a "gap" between our lofty goals and the subconscious beliefs that may hold us back. This gap can manifest as self-doubt, procrastination, or a fear of visibility. Our subconscious mind plays a crucial role in shaping our results, and if our thoughts do not align with our aspirations, we may inadvertently sabotage our progress. In the episode, I share a series of reflective prompts to help listeners identify the stories they tell themselves, the emotions tied to their goals, and the identities they reinforce through their self-talk. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to rewire our beliefs and align our thoughts with our desired outcomes.

  • 880 | Using NLP to Get Out of Indecision
    Jul 11 2025

In this episode, I share some insight on how I shift myself through indecision. The real issue isn't the decision itself but the time and energy we spend in the indecisive state. Prolonged indecision can lead to an energy leak, as we worry about disappointing others or making the wrong choice.

I share the concept of training our brains to make aligned decisions more quickly and confidently. Our subconscious mind plays a significant role in our decision-making patterns, often leading us to avoid discomfort and fear associated with making choices. I encourage listeners to recognize that indecision is often rooted in outdated beliefs and fears, which can create a gap that keeps us stuck. I share a simple technique, future pacing, to help move out of indecision more quickly.

    HIGHLIGHTS
00:00:00 - The Struggle of Indecision
00:02:30 - Understanding the Root of Indecision

  • 878 | We Don’t Heal by Repeating the Story
    Jul 7 2025

In this episode, I am sharing the early part of my journey that started with dealing with teen substance abuse, and trying to find the counselling and support that led me to group programs, counsellors, psychologists, and programs, turning over rocks to try to find solutions. In the process, I found the difference between traditional psychology and NLP, recognizing that I am not diagnosing or treating anything. I am sharing my experience.

I eventually discovered a crisis counsellor program that offered me practical guidance during moments of crisis, which was a game-changer for me. This experience led me to question traditional counselling methods, particularly the focus on past trauma, as exemplified by Freud's approach. Instead, I found solace and empowerment in Adler's future-focused perspective, which aligns closely with NLP. NLP is based on shifting our identity and focusing on the future rather than reliving and giving energy to our past traumas, easily allowing that to become our identity.

00:00:36 - Personal Struggles with Substance Abuse

  • 877 | The Gift Inside Contraction: What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You
    Jul 4 2025

In this episode, I discuss the visceral feeling of contraction that often arises when we face overwhelming challenges or opportunities or when a limiting belief is rising to the surface that is ready to be released. This physical response is our subconscious mind's signal to pay attention. Instead of interpreting this discomfort as a sign of inadequacy or fear, this is an invitation to see this contraction as a positive sign to release a limiting belief that no longer serves you.

  • 875 | Sitting in the Chaos without Freaking Out
    Jun 30 2025

In this episode, I share a personal moment when I found myself in a hectic period, balancing work commitments and supporting my husband through his recovery from an injury. This whirlwind of activity led me to a moment of exhaustion, prompting me to listen to my body and take a much-needed break.

I shared this experience, highlighting the importance of embodiment work and how slowing down can help us process emotions and support our nervous systems. I received a challenging message that triggered a sense of contraction within me. I discussed how this contraction is often our subconscious mind signalling danger, and I encouraged listeners to recognize that feeling without attaching negative meanings to it.

  • 874 | The Day I Stopped Chasing and Started Leading
    Jun 27 2025

In this episode, I share my thoughts on the common tendency to chase after goals—reaching a new income level, achieving a sold-out offer, or becoming the version of ourselves we aspire to be. I emphasize that instead of chasing these external validations, we should focus on becoming the person who embodies those goals. Chasing often stems from a place of lack, where we seek external validation to feel worthy. I share stories of individuals who achieved their goals only to find that they still felt unfulfilled, highlighting the importance of internal validation.

Throughout the episode, I explore leading from identity rather than chasing lack. I discuss how our nervous systems can become anxious when we feel we are not enough, leading to a constant state of seeking safety and validation. I encourage listeners to reflect on their definitions of success and safety and how these beliefs shape their actions.

    HIGHLIGHTS
00:01:00 - The Commonality of Feelings
