    Let’s begin with the breath.
    In through the nose…
    and out through the mouth.

    There’s nothing you need to change.
    No perfect way to breathe.
    Just notice the natural rhythm…
    as air flows in…
    and air flows out.

    Feel the rise of your chest,
    the soft fall of your belly.
    Breathing in...
    Breathing out…
    like gentle waves on the shore.

    Let the breath become your focus.
    Each inhale is a quiet arrival.
    Each exhale — a letting go.
    With every breath, your body settles deeper.

    If thoughts come, that's okay.
    Just notice them… and return to the breath.
    The steady, soothing rhythm of your breath.
    Here. Now.

    Let the breath slow.
    Let it soften.
    Almost like you’re breathing through the body itself.
    The breath moves... and you follow.

    With each breath, feel yourself drifting —
    not trying to sleep,
    just being breathed, gently, into rest. Breathe in...
    Breathe out...
    Let go.
    And sleep.

    Take a breath.

    tight or open, short or full.
    There’s no right way to breathe here.
    Just this inhale. Just this exhale.

    If there’s a part of you that feels tired…
    disappointed…
    uncertain…
    bring your attention there, gently.
    Not to change it — just to notice.

    Can you speak to yourself, now,
    as you would to a dear friend?
    Not with pressure.
    Not with perfection.
    Just a simple message:
    “I’m doing the best I can today.”

    Let that be enough.
    No more effort than that.
    Just breathe…
    and be kind to yourself
    in this beginning.

    Feel the support — strong and steady.
    You are being held.
    You are allowed to let go.

    Imagine a soft, golden light surrounding your body.
    It’s gentle, warm, and protective.
    This light knows how to comfort you.
    It asks for nothing.
    It simply wraps around you like a shield of peace.

    With each breath, you draw in safety.
    With each exhale, you release tension.
    There is nothing to fear here.
    You are watched over.

    If your thoughts wander,
