Some mornings begin with clarity.
Others feel heavy before they even start.
Both are part of being human.
This meditation is not to fix you,
but to sit beside you — with kindness.

Take a breath.
Let it arrive as it is —
tight or open, short or full.
There’s no right way to breathe here.
Just this inhale. Just this exhale.

If there’s a part of you that feels tired…
disappointed…
uncertain…
bring your attention there, gently.
Not to change it — just to notice.

Can you speak to yourself, now,
as you would to a dear friend?
Not with pressure.
Not with perfection.
Just a simple message:
“I’m doing the best I can today.”

Let that be enough.
No more effort than that.
Just breathe…
and be kind to yourself
in this beginning.
