Let’s begin with the breath.
In through the nose…
and out through the mouth.
There’s nothing you need to change.
No perfect way to breathe.
Just notice the natural rhythm…
as air flows in…
and air flows out.
Feel the rise of your chest,
the soft fall of your belly.
Breathing in...
Breathing out…
like gentle waves on the shore.
Let the breath become your focus.
Each inhale is a quiet arrival.
Each exhale — a letting go.
With every breath, your body settles deeper.
If thoughts come, that's okay.
Just notice them… and return to the breath.
The steady, soothing rhythm of your breath.
Here. Now.
Let the breath slow.
Let it soften.
Almost like you’re breathing through the body itself.
The breath moves... and you follow.
With each breath, feel yourself drifting —
not trying to sleep,
just being breathed, gently, into rest. Breathe in...
Breathe out...
Let go.
And sleep.
