  • Journey of Resilience: Trailer
    Dec 18 2020

Hey guys, welcome to the "Journey of Resilience" - the podcast focused on using mindset and motivation to break through mental barriers and ignite a strong outlook in day-to-day life.

We're your hosts, Ty Temel and Benjamin Banks Reynolds and we're actually rival entrepreneurs, both nightclub owners in Bournemouth on the South Coast, and over the last six months we've become good friends. We've always known each other, but the challenges of COVID-19 this year brought us closer together, mainly because we know what we're both going through. To create some positivity in 2020 we set up a series of physical challenges to raise money for Dorset Mind - and here we are a few months later on a podcast, talking about mindset.

Each week we'll be joined by a well-known guest, who has had to use mental strength, discipline and stamina to motivate themselves through their own journey of resilience. From fighting on the front line with the special forces, playing sports professionally in front of a crowd of thousands or fighting for business survival during a pandemic, each guest has a unique journey, driven and powered by the way they decided to react to what life threw at them. These people have inspiring stories and will teach you ways to redefine your mentality and turn time-pressure and anxiety into the drive to do more. What you do with it is up to you.

This isn't about telling you what you should think or feel - we'll be open and honest about our situations, experiences and the things we've screwed-up. This podcast is as much for us to take ownership of our mindset through people we aspire to as it is for you guys to come on this journey with us.
