Luke has designed a program which takes everything into consideration so his clients can find the best version of theirselves. This episode is possibly the most emotional one so far for BUB. Ben and Matt are joined by fire fighter, mental health advocate and public speaker Ricky Nuttal. Ricky was one of the fire fighters who attended the Grenfell Tower Fire in 2017. Ricky firstly explains about his background then speaks about his experience at Grenfell that tragic evening and the days following. He tells how it had an immediate impact on his mental health and that he suffered with PTSD which caused the break up of many relationships. Ricky also gives us a few glimpses into the work he does now regarding mental health and trying to help people. There will definitely be a part 2 to this at some stage as we didn't really scratch the surface.

This episode Ben and Tim are joined by Danny McNamara, the lead singer from the band Embrace. 

Danny tells us about this battle as a 19 year old with what turned out to be Pure 'O' OCD in the late 80s/early 90s when there was little knowledge about mental health. He tells us about how he suffered numerous panic attacks each day and the fear that he was a serial killer, which lead to him seeing a Psychiatrist. He speaks about his journey and the importance of opening up and speaking to someone.
