Luke is a personal trainer (PT) who runs a program called Built to Inspire which is aimed at parents who struggle to find time and motivation. Luke has designed a program which takes everything into consideration so his clients can find the best version of theirselves. Luke also goes into some of his own troubles in the past and the reasons for designing the program.
