    I have written this meditation so that I can provide you with a moment of respite and rejuvenation at the end of your busy workday. This guided meditation is a journey to help you release stress, reclaim your power, and for you to cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance.

    We can get so caught up and find ourselves attaching to conversations and experiences that have happened throughout our day that we can find ourselves taking them home with us. I will guide you through a practice of cleansing your energy body and releasing any energetic cords that may be draining your energy. This process will support you in reclaiming your sovereignty and autonomy in the process.

    We will finish off by you calling back your power from the day's challenges and experiences. This is so that you can foster a sense of inner strength, confidence, and resilience.
