Jason is a winner

I enjoy hearing Jason work through impossible situations to win. The s#!t that the game throws at him is so unfair but he barely complains and uses strategy to win. I still hate "morgues" and suffering through Jason's boring repetitive routine every time he has to logout. Still slow. I'm catching up to the end of the published books quickly and I doubt that Jason will even have finished helping his friend defend their castle by the time I run out of books.

I did not like how the wolf never listens to him but usually worked out in the end also I don't like how they're starting to be a harem

Dude, the way the main character gets out of impossible shit, is unbelievable. Love all the World of Warcraft and other references. It's very nostalgic. Thanks for the World!

Stop after this one

Be warned, this is the last decent book in the series. I tried the next one and couldn't/wouldn't finish.

it makes me sad but this one is worth the read, even if it is unsatisfying to stop before the major conflicts are resolved.

Just Great

This author is awesome he doesn't pull any punches in a time where everyone does. Creative, fun, and exciting. Thank you to both Jason's associated with this book author and narrator. you both have a knack for bringing these characters and "The World" to life!

Great series! A few little annoyances.

I highly recommend grabbing this book & series. The plot, game world, and narrator are really good.

that being said. there are some annoying things that the editor and author should work on. the 3 largest examples are as follows

1. the MC stance on the NPC's realism. the MC goes into the exact worded 5min long tangent 3 times within the same 1h - 1/2 hrs.

Just have him make up his mind on a stance then go with it. it's book 3. we know how the MC feels about the realism of the NPC's.

2. As in all LIT-RPG's There's a point along the way of series where a serious disconnect from the gaming statistics happens and the author dives directly into the storyline all but forgetting the excitement of the stat allocation and character building. For the world series this is Book 3. it is extremely rare that you will see an actual accounting of the MC's characters page. AND when you do. it becomes a chore to get through. instead of providing a focused detail on what the review had changed or what the MC's goal was in the change and/or increase. You get everything. including the MC'S weapons and armor on uses. which takes about 7m to get through. we are left wondering where the MC's skills are and everything else. how it all fits together. I hope this gets better and not worse.

3. LET THE MAN SLEEP! the need to go in and out daily after 20hrs + of game play and extreme changes to a persons body is getting old. The MC needs an extended game play option after his nightmare start or you need to start being more realistic. We shouldn't need to be mind blown by the MC being dehydrated from playing due to the attention requirements of the MC's quest line.

I love this series. this book especially had a lot of epic fights. the characters also suck you in.

Epic....

I’m stunned.... frozen in the ice nova, waiting for book 4. This book was exactly what I wanted big fights, new quests, and extremely addictive book. Thanks Jason you keep pumping out awesome books!

Lit books you will love this one.. lots action and a good levelling system.. I do not write reviews usually but this in the case it is a must read series if you like the genre the action and characters are one of the best I have ever listen too both Jason did a great job
