Relevant for Anyone Struggling with Gut Health!
What a time to read this book, around the holidays! This gives such a detailed look into what's going on inside of our bodies, which I think we often don't think about. Also, I can wait to put some of this information for fixing SIBO into place after the new year. It will be perfect after going through December. So thankful for this book, and I would highly recommend it for people who might be struggling. No one should suffer from this!

This is a very well-researched book
I'm a wellness practitioner who focuses on digestive health and I was skeptical about buying the book at first (mostly because of the cover). However, it's one of the most in-depth, well explained books I've ever listened to that covers the root causes of SIBO and those natural and medical remedies documented by science. Certainly, a must read and a must have reference tool.

Excellent Guide
I know this is a long journey and so I can update my review after I do it longer but the changes I’ve done so far have been life-changing. I would call this the Bible of gut health. The information and guidance is better than what I've received from any doctor, even specialists.

Who knew that?
What is SIBO? I didn't know that until I listened to this audiobook. I like to read / listen to health related to discover new things and stay healthy.
What you eat must come out somewhere. It is the law of the human body. And the stomach can have problems and make you uncomfortable, gas, diarrhea, etc.
The author talks about solutions, and how to cure SIBO for a better life. You have friends, or family, someone who has stomach problems. You want to help them. Tell them about this audiobook. I highly recommend it.

The Only book you need for gut health
Great comprehensive guide, good references, easy to follow. Wasted a lot of money buying many other books as well not realizing this one contains it all. Highly recommend. Useful information that is well organized. A great deal of helpful guidance for treating a variety of gut problems. I really love this book. Just amazing.

Love this book!
I thought I knew all there was to know about healing leaky gut and SIBO, until I listen this very thorough book. This book is very comprehensive and discusses many aspects of improving and optimizing gut health. The entire protocol is backed by medical research and fully referenced. The author, Cindy Stewart offers this book at a very affordable price, with updates as well, when new research emerges. Doing the "Kill" phase in the recommended 4-6 weeks may be difficult for some who need to slowly add in the many supplements recommended, myself included. However, I am overall pleased with the book and will add an update when I have completed the protocol.

Awesome Book
This book saved me from h pylori. Now I know exactly how to approach this problem. The books tackles many other digestive conditions. It is an excellent resource for the gut with all the information in one book. It saved me hours of eyestrain staring at a computer screen searching websites for information about digestive disorders and natural remedies.
