Awakening

I’m a life long learner. Reading, listening to Katie is always a space where I am raw vulnerable and open. I like the way she gives examples and tells stories from her life that are relatable to mine. I seriously can not get enough of her teachings, her voice, love and humor. This book awakened my curiosity to go deeper and no longer be stopped by the story in my brain.

I love Katie’s soothing re-assuring voice, it’s a joy to listen to. I am doing the work and feeling better for it and applying it with my fiancé and 9 year old step-daughter, it is so freeing to be in the moment and not stressing about what’s around the corner. It’s so good to make peace with concepts and relationships and realize that it’s all a reflection. Going to listen to this and work with it again and again. Highly recommended.
