Enjoyed this a lot

I’ve read Letting Go and Power vs Force, and it’s very nice to hear Dr. Hawkins in his own voice speaking and taking healing as the theme. His voice is engaging and I really appreciate the sense of humor and laughter he weaves in. Thank you Dr. Hawkins! I have also purchased the book and now look forward to reading that and I’ve read in other reviews that the written material is a nice complement to this audio book.

Very inspirational and practical from an authentic spiritual leader

I have been to Dr. Hawkins’ talks, read many of his books, listened to audio presentations, etc. He has tremendous authenticity, spirituality, experience — never fails to teach me much and inspire me to growth.
This program was possibly even more important to me as I am dealing with residual effects from Covid and RSV. The material and his approach to healing is very timely — I am adopting it and practicing it daily for a few minutes at a time. It is dramatically changing my belief system about disease, as well as aging.
I highly recommend it.

I can't believe I've never heard this author!

This audio was so good and uplifting I just got done and j am listening again. Simple and easy to apply tools to become enlightened in this crazy world. I love this author!
